By replacing the old pulper rotor with new SimpyOne rotor, the capacity of the pulper can be increased using the old motor. SimplyOne rotors are dimensioned according to new parameters, resulting in better mixing and better utilization of motor power. The rotor is designed for the maximum power and if the maximum is not needed, the rotor speed can be optimized to lower level and energy will be saved.
